Kelsey is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience scaling healthcare technology platforms and clinical networks. As Head of Operations at Osmind, she oversees customer, life science, and network operations.

Prior to joining Osmind, Kelsey played a crucial role in Privia Health's growth journey from Series B through IPO. As a key operations leader at Privia, she managed the integration of independent practices into the company's medical group markets and established MSO operations across new territories. Under her tenure, Privia grew to encompass over 4,000 providers across eight geographical markets, culminating in a successful IPO in 2021.

Kelsey began her career at Epic Systems, where she spent three years leading implementation projects for large health systems. This experience provided her with deep insights into healthcare technology adoption and clinical workflow optimization at scale.
