Matthew is a finance leader with experience at high growth companies at the intersection of healthcare and technology. As Head of Finance & Strategy at Osmind, he oversees the finance and accounting functions, and supports overall company strategy.

Prior to joining Osmind, Matthew was the Senior Director of Finance at Verana Health, a healthcare technology company focused on harnessing the potential of real-world data through its network of strategic data partnerships. Matthew was also a part of the strategic finance team at One Medical, where he drove a wide range of finance and strategy initiatives to generate growth in the business, including the company’s $350M investment from The Carlyle Group.

Before working at high growth companies, Matthew was a healthcare investor at Maverick Capital, where he made investments in public companies across a range of sectors including managed care, healthcare providers, healthcare IT, and medical devices. Matthew began his career in investment banking at Evercore.

Matthew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting.
